Niels: Tijdens mijn sollicitatiegesprekken heb ik uiteraard een aantal toekomstige collega’s ontmoet. Hoewel de gesprekken altijd professioneel waren was er ook altijd ruimte voor een losse babbel. Ik voelde meteen een klik.
