Dans sa nouvelle mouture, l’article 8 de la loi sur la surveillance de la révision (LSR) impose une obligation d’homologation aux sociétés de révision d’émetteurs d’emprunts en CHF étrangers cotés sur SIX Swiss Exchange.

Article 8 of the Audit Oversight Act (AOA), as amended, requires that auditors of foreign issuers of CHF bonds listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange should undergo an approval procedure. This presents foreign bond issuers with another hurdle to surmount and will inevitably result in delistings and the removal of business abroad.

In seinem angepassten Wortlaut verlangt Artikel 8 im Revisionsaufsichtsgesetz (RAG) eine Zulassungspflicht für Revisions-Gesellschaften von ausländischen CHF-Anleihen-Emittenten, die an SIX Swiss Exchange kotiert sind. Damit wird für ausländische Anleihen-Emittenten eine zusätzliche Hürde eingebaut, die zwangsläufig zu Dekotierungen und Verlagerungen ins Ausland führt.
