Sozialforschungsstelle Dortmund (sfs), TU Dortmund University is an institute of labour related research and consultancy. Topics are et al. organisational development, work design and HR policy, network economy, gender policy and women studies, education and vocational training, European labour policy, demographic change and globalisation. SFS has a long European project records more than 80 projects under a great number of programmes like LEONARDO, GRUNDTVIG, NOW, HORIZON, EQUAL, ESF, 5th / 6th Framework programme. The institute also has considerable experience in research and consultancy in the field of gender and diversity. Recent projects in this field are e.g. “Family: Facilitating family learning on work & life ballance” (LLL), “GED-PLAN: Gender Equality & Diversity Planning at workplaces” (LLL), “Development of an online assessment tool for enterprises on diversity” (Online-Diversity) and “Consultancy of the Luxembourg Government on its Positive Action Programme".

Die Sozialforschungsstelle Dortmund (sfs) der Technischen Universität Dortmund ist ein Institut für arbeitsmarktbezogene Forschung und Beratung. Themen sind u. a. Organisationsentwicklung, Arbeitsgestaltung und HR-Politik, wirtschaftliches Netzwerken, Gleichstellungspolitik, Frauenforschung, Bildungs- und Berufsfortbildungen, europäische Beschäftigungspolitik, demografischer Wandel und Globalisierung. Die sfs hat bereits an diversen europäischen Projekten mitgewirkt - mehr als 80 Projekte wurden im Rahmen großer Programme wie LEONARDO, GRUNDTVIG, NOW, HORIZON, EQUAL, ESF und im 5./6. Forschungsrahmenprogramm durchgeführt. Das Institut kann ebenfalls nennenswerte Erfahrungen in Forschung und Beratung im Bereich Gender und Diversity vorweisen. Aktuelle Projekte in diesem Bereich sind z. B. "Familie: Förderung des Familienlebens und der Work-Life-Balance" (LLL), "GED-PLAN: Gleichstellungs- und Diversity-Planung am Arbeitsplatz" (LLL), "Entwicklung eines Diversity Online-Assessment-Tools für Unternehmen" (Online-Diversity) und "Beratung der luxemburgischen Regierung zu ihren Positive Action Programmen".
