For highly viscous, compacted and crumbly substances that have a tendency to bridge, the NEMO® BP Progressing Cavity Pump is the optimal solution. The NEMO® BP can be used in nearly all branches of industry to provide continuous, pressure-stable, gentle and low-pulsation conveyance with dosing in proportion to rotation speed. The special features of this model include the patented, horizontally positioned feeding screw, the integrated bridge breaker and the enlarged rectangular hopper. Optimal feed into the conveying elements is guaranteed by means of the coupling rod with this feeding screw and the conical force-feed chamber. The bridge breaker prevents bridging and makes the mixing of aggregates possible. The hopper dimensions can be adjusted to the individual application case. The block construction of the NEMO® BP with flanged drive is particularly compact and economical.

La pompe NEMO® BP trouve son utilité dans tous les secteurs industriels pour un transfert continu, à pression constante, sans contraintes ni fortes pulsations, et pour un dosage proportionnel à la vitesse. Plusieurs particularités singularisent ce modèle de pompe : un corps de pompe à ouverture rectangulaire élargie avec dévoûteur(s) intégré(s)et zone de compression conique amovible , une vis de gavage à positionnement angulaire breveté permettant un gavage optimal des chambres de pompage. Deux fonctions pour le dévoûteur: casser les voûtes en formation et également permettre l'adjonction et le mélange de produits dans la trémie. Die NEMO® BP kann in nahezu allen Industriezweigen zur kontinuierlichen, druckstabilen, schonenden und pulsationsarmen Förderung sowie drehzahlproportionalen Dosierung eingesetzt werden. Die Besonderheit dieser Ausführung sind die patentierte, lagepositionierte Transportschnecke, der integrierte Brückenbrecher und der vergrößerte, rechteckige Einlauftrichter. Die optimale Produktzuführung in die Förderelemente wird durch die Kuppelstange mit dieser Transportschnecke und dem konisch geformten Stopfraum sichergestellt. Der Brückenbrecher verhindert die Brückenbildung und macht die Einmischung von Zuschlagstoffen möglich. Die Trichterabmessung kann an den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall angepasst werden. Die Blockpumpenbauweise der NEMO® BP mit angeflanschtem Antrieb ist besonders kompakt und wirtschaftlich.

La pompa NEMO® BP può essere utilizzata in quasi tutti i rami industriali per il trasporto continuativo, dolce, con pressione stabile e senza pulsazioni, così come per un dosaggio proporzionale alla velocità. Le particolarità di questo modello sono la coclea brevettata e sistemata in posizione ottimale, la pala rompiponte integrata e la tramoggia rettangolare ampliata. L'alimentazione ottimale del prodotto negli elementi di pompaggio viene garantita dall'asta d’accoppiamento integrata in questa coclea e dalla cassa precarico a forma conica. La pala rompiponte evita la formazione di ponti e rende possibile la miscelazione degli additivi. Le dimensioni della tramoggia possono essere adattate alla relativa applicazione.
