By March 1, 2018, the Public Association Republican Office on Copyright (ORDA) to pay to the right holders, members of ORDA, the amount of 475,905.09 lei, relying on the fact that from the remuneration accumulated in 2016 (1 154 336.47 lei) ORDA had to withhold 33% (380 931.04 lei) for the actual expenses related to the management of rights, as well as the amounts for special funds created by the organization, the rest of the amount being supposed to be distributed and paid to the right holders.

The Technical Assistance Project “Support to Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights” in the Republic of Moldova is funded by the European Union and implemented by a Consortium formed of companies Archidata Srl (Italy), European Profiles S.A.
