Przy czym o skorzystaniu z uprawnień w zakresie pełnego członkostwa TGE w projekcie PCR oraz w rynku MRC, poprzez uzyskanie statusu giełdy-koordynatora procesów rynkowych i rezygnacji z usług innych giełd, wymaga jeszcze spełnienia konkretnych warunków technicznych. Proces ten zostanie sfinalizowany w drugiej połowie 2016 r.

TGE, in coordination with the Energy Regulatory Office and PSE, and with their support, decided to apply for full membership in the PCR Project. The process is currently underway. Once all the necessary agreements are signed, by the end of the year TGE will obtain full access to the assets, materials and documentation constituting joint intellectual property of the parties to the PCR Project. In order to exercise its rights as a full member of the PCR project and the MRC market through achieving the status of an exchange coordinating market processes and terminating the use of services provided by other exchanges, TGE is still required to fulfil specific technical conditions. This process will be finalised in the second half of the year 2016.

W tym zakresie wszyscy trzej NEMO i PSE, wkrótce rozpoczną negocjacje w zakresie umów operacyjnych, zapisów IRiESP i innych regulacji, pozwalających na bezpieczne prowadzenie rynku. Według wspólnej oceny zainteresowanych ten proces potrwa ok. 12 miesięcy, czyli model multi-NEMO – zacznie działać na polskim rynku spot w połowie 2018 r.

In June, the President of ERO also approved a Multi-NEMO Arrangements (MNA) document developed by PSE, which defines the assumptions for operation model of multiple NEMOs (exchanges) on the Polish electricity market. In this context, all the three NEMOs and PSE are about to enter into negotiations on operational agreements, Network Code provisions and other regulations which will enable the secure operation of the market. According to the common view of the concerned parties, the process will take approx. 12 months, i.e. the multi-NEMO model will start operating on the Polish spot market in mid-2018.

In addition to the involvement of TGE in the MRC market, the formal requirements for the participation of the Exchange in the PCR Project are about to be finalised.
