The matriarch of the family, Danièle, is based in the dairy. She's just as comfortable talking about the latest film as she is about her beloved 200 goats. Remarkably, each one has been given an individual name: Agatha, Miss Marple, Daikiri, Papagallu... linking mother to daughter or son. A real life family tree! And since nothing here is quite as it is elsewhere, the cheese comes in the form of an ingot, too. Whether round, square or hexagonal, however, it's not so much the shape of the cheese that we appreciate, but its quality, honesty and the way in which it was made.

E visto che qui ogni cosa è originale, i formaggi sono a forma di lingotto. A ogni modo, rotondo o quadrato, non è la forma che dà al formaggio la sua qualità, ma l'onestà e i metodi di lavorazione.
