Cette ligne est constituée d’un dérouleur, d’une profileuse T4, d’une machine à injecter à hautes performances, de bancs de polymérisation, d’une scie à ruban et d’une table de déchargement. Débitant jusqu’à 30 mètres à la minute en fonction du profilé requis, cette ligne permet de créer des zones de “non injection” à proximité de la zone de coupe de manière à pouvoir appliquer les embouts en plastique.

The line comprises a decoiler, T4 roll forming machine, high capacity foam injection machine, polymerisation benches, circular saw and unloading table. Up to 30 metres a minute of the required profile can be produced and “non foamed” areas can be created near the cutting point in order to insert the plastic caps.

Sie setzt sich zusammen aus Abwickelhaspel, Profiliermaschine T4, Ausschäummaschine mit hoher Kapazität, Polymerisationstischen, Bandsäge und Abladetisch. Sie erlaubt es, je nach erforderlichem Profil, bis zu 30 Meter pro Minute herzustellen, und es ist möglich, “nicht ausgeschäumte” Bereiche in der Nähe des Schnitts zu bilden, so dass die Kunststoffkappen eingesetzt werden können.

La linea si compone di un aspo svolgitore, profilatrice T4, schiumatrice ad alta capacità, banchi di polimerizzazione, segatrice a nastro e banco di scarico. Permette di produrre fino a 30 metri al minuto a seconda del profilo richiesto ed è possibile creare delle zone “non schiumate” in prossimità del taglio in modo da poter inserire i tappi in plastica.
