Currently, many Russian speaking families send their children to Moldovan speaking groups. Do you think it is the right thing to do?

“We did not want to provoke a competition among teams, it was not the idea of today’s training. The guys noticed that we even did not have any awards. Our task was to show the team members how to deal with situations that seem to be hopeless and to keep the team spirit and common goals. We hope that today’s training helped participants to take a look at their co-workers and their common cause from the other perspective. Indeed, the specificity of our work lies in the fact that after a while we all become a second family “- shared their impressions the training organizers, psychologists Tatiana Topal and Inna Vutkarev.

I do not support early childhood education, although currently it is very popular and parents dream of having a wonder child. A child should have a normal childhood and he should not be deprived. On the other hand, if you see that your child is keen on foreign languages, reading or drawing, you should help him develop those skills, but not being obsessive about it. And there is one more thing. Some schools have very high requirements for admission and if you decided to send your child to such a school, be ready to help your child with homework and other things, so he will not feel that he does not belong to this place.

Children who participated in today’s celebration are the same as others. In any case we cannot exclude them, separate from the society and what’s even worse, show their vulnerability to others. Unfortunately, very often in our schools “those” kids are not having a good opinion among teachers, but actually they just need more love and acceptance. I want to draw everyone’s attention to the fact that it would be helpful for them to raise their self-esteem and confidence.”

Despite the fact that the birth rate in Moldova is rapidly decreasing, we do not lose heart, and this time we devote our traditional conversation with the psychologist to a problem that sooner or later each parent will have to confront. This problem is called kindergarten. One spent there all childhood, while other would rather avoid it. Today we have decided to discuss the most difficult questions of parents who have decided to send their child to a kindergarten or are planning to do so.

On this day, girls dressed up in red T-shirts handed out to everyone on the streets of Kahul leaflets and brochures. All of them were about various aspects of healthy lifestyle: the fight against smoking and drinking alcohol, proper nutrition, as well as adequate water intake. People with interest were reading the colorful leaflets and appreciated a useful information. World Health Day is celebrated annually on the 7th of April.

Ask for help. Do not try to change the world alone, do not look for reasons why you should not do it, do not run away from the reality. If you decide to end up with drugs now, your tomorrow day will be much better. Each person has a chance to solve any problem, there are no hopeless situations.

No, there is no such information. It is difficult to track statistics of recovering people. Here’s why: today an addicted person is feeling good, but tomorrow he can relapse and become a drug user again. That is to say, yesterday he belonged to the category of recovering people, but tomorrow he can be a drug addict again. It is important to realize that addiction to alcohol or drugs is a chronic disease with one important rule, it works “from relapse to remission.” You probably know that there are two types of relapses – a wet one, when people take drugs or alcohol, and a dry one, when a person cannot deal with his emotions such as anger, irritation, etc. Mostly the “dry” relapse occurs. And if someone will not understand that he has a dry relapse in time, it can expand to the “wet” one. All these things make difficult to give exact statistics of recovering addicts.

I have my own school. After graduation, I choose only the best students. It happens that someone is a great hairdresser, but his behavior or discipline at work is inappropriate. They cannot work in my beauty salons. Today young people are spoilt, it’s very rare that someone comes to us with a noble goal, they usually want to earn money. I believe that first place should take art and creativity, and a good salary will come after. It also happens that I notice some good hairdressers on some kind of competition, I offer him a job and he usually accepts it.

I’m scared. I react like this since I was diagnosed with HIV. Even now, when I have a fewer for more than three days I feel like something in my head is telling me: “That’s all Roshchupkin, everything has its end…” But from my own experience I know that I will be scared a day or two, but still nothing will change, I will be still alive, I will receive my treatment and I will work. However, I always have to overcome this first reaction.

This stereotype has remained from the Soviet times, when such science as psychology did not exist. Now psychology as a science is becoming more and more popular and I like the fact that people have stopped thinking like: “You’re a psycho – you need a psychologist.” Psychologist helps another person to solve a problem, a conflict, a difficult situation. The young generation starts to appreciate their time and privacy, and they no longer weep and complain to their relatives or neighbors. This is a great change.

As for the question whether or not to give a child to a garden – historically, the concept of kindergarten was initiated in the period of industrialization, when parents could no longer afford to stay home with children, when there were many handicapped families and when there was a need for mothers to work. It is clear that in this case people had to do something with their children, so they organized kindergartens. However, if we look deeper, we can see that in the past mothers were staying home with children until there was time to send them to school. I cannot say that in the past it was better or that it is better now. Anyway, a child needs to communicate with other children, and now, when families have only one or maximum two children, kindergarten is the only way to ensure this communication.

Currently, outreach is one of the main tools of NGOs working with injection drug users. It helps decrease the number of IDU or at least make them more competent about harm reduction, overdose prevention and STD prevention.
