It is clear that in this case people had to do something with their children, so they organized kindergartens. However, if we look deeper, we can see that in the past mothers were staying home with children until there was time to send them to school. I cannot say that in the past it was better or that it is better now. Anyway, a child needs to communicate with other children, and now, when families have only one or maximum two children, kindergarten is the only way to ensure this communication.
