Целта на електронната библиотека е да събере на едно място широк набор от инструменти и ръководства за енергийна ефективност, приложения за ВЕИ и устойчива мобилност. Включва продукти, финансирани по програма Интелигентна енергия за Европа (ИЕЕ) и набор от инструменти избрани измежду 2500 европейски проекта.

The aim of the e-library is to bring together in one place a range of tools and guidebooks on energy efficiency, renewable energy applications and sustainable mobility. It includes items funded under the Intelligent Energy-Europe (IEE) programme and a selection of instruments picked from over 2,500 EU funded projects. In addition, nationally and regionally funded tools and guidebooks have been included. By providing a thematic collection and consolidation of existing material in selected programme areas, the e-library helps to eliminate intensive initial project phases and removes the need to redevelop certain tools and guidebooks. Please note that the library was developed during the course of 2008 and last updated in 2009.

In der elektronischen Bibliothek werden eine Vielzahl von Werkzeugen und Handbüchern zu den Themen Energieeffizienz, erneuerbare Energieträger und nachhaltige Mobilität zusammengeführt. Die Sammlung beinhaltet Artikel aus dem Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) Programm und eine Auswahl an Instrumenten, welche aus 2.500, von der EU geförderten Projekten, ausgewählt wurden. Weiters wurden national und regional geförderte Tools und Handbücher hinzugefügt. Durch die Bereitstellung einer thematischen Sammlung und der Verdichtung von bestehenden Unterlagen in ausgewählten Programmschwerpunkten, wird durch die elektronische Bibliothek v.a. die Anfangsphase eines Projekts unterstützt und der Neuentwicklung von bereits bestehenden Werkzeugen und Handbüchern entgegengewirkt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Bibliothek 2008 entwickelt und 2009 letztmalig aktualisiert wurde.
