Retirer la casserole du feu et laisser reposer la semoule à couvert durant 10 minutes. Incorporer les fines herbes. Etaler la masse sur une plaque sur 1 cm d’épaisseur. Parsemer de sbrinz. Recouvrir d’un film transparent et laisser refroidir.  Chemiser une tôle à tarte de papier sulfurisé et la garnir de demi-lunes de semoule découpées à l’aide d’un emporte-pièce. Cuire durant 15 minutes au four préchauffé à 180° C (position gril, chaleur tournante).

Il rullo per i fiocchi, lungo quattro metri, pesa 15.000 kg e funziona giorno e notte. Per la produzione dei mangimi granulari, si utilizza un estrusore che trasforma la pappa di mangime in una “salsiccia infinita” del diametro desiderato, che viene poi tagliata in strati.
The food area is divided into flakes, granulated food and food tablets. For each type of food JBL has its own machine. The four meter long flaker roll weighs 15,000 kg and runs 24 hours a day. For the production of granulated food an extruder is used, which processes the fed mash into an “endless sausage” of the desired thickness and then cuts it into layers. That way granules can be produced in all thicknesses, shapes and combinations of ingredients. After the production the different flakes and granules are mixed in with the respective food type and filled into the tins. Food tablets, on the other hand, are mechanically compacted in separate machines. This is done by purely mechanical means to enable us to manage without any binding agents and fillers.
Der Futterbereich unterteilt sich in Flocken-, Granulatfutter und Futtertabletten. Für jeden Futtertyp besitzt JBL eine eigene Maschine. Die vier Meter lange Flockenwalze wiegt 15.000 kg und läuft rund um die Uhr. Für die Produktion von Granulatfutter wird ein Extruder eingesetzt, der den zugeführten Futterbrei zu einem „Endloswürstchen“ gewünschter Stärke verarbeitet und dann schichtweise abschneidet. So können Granulate in allen Stärken, Formen und Zusammensetzungen produziert werden. Nach der Produktion werden die verschiedenen Flocken oder Granulate zum jeweiligen Futtertyp gemischt und in die Dosen gefüllt. Futtertabletten hingegen werden aus Flockenfutter mechanisch in gesonderten Maschinen zusammengepresst. Dies wird rein mechanisch vorgenommen, so dass komplett auf synthetische Binde- und Füllstoffe verzichtet werden kann.

Após a produção, os vários flocos ou granulados são misturados ao respetivo tipo de alimento e enchidos em latas. As pastilhas alimentares, por outro lado, são comprimidas mecanicamente a partir do alimento em flocos em máquinas separadas. Isto é feito de forma puramente mecânica, de modo que materiais de ligação e de enchimento sintéticos possam ser completamente dispensados.
