Finalmente, con la intención de preservar la identidad de Progenika como elemento destacado del tejido económico-empresarial del País Vasco, Grifols y Progenika han acordado que el vehículo de inversión EKARPEN SPE, S.A., en el que participan el Gobierno Vasco, Kutxabank, Caja Laboral-Euskadiko Kutxa, Lagun Aro, y las Diputaciones Forales del País Vasco, continúe apoyando a Progenika y a su nuevo accionista de control en la nueva etapa como parte de Grifols.

Finally, with the aim of preserving the identity of Progenika as a key element of the economic and business structure of the Basque Country, Grifols and Progenika have agreed that the investment vehicle EKARPEN SPE, S.A., owned by the Basque Government, Kutxabank, Caja Laboral –Euskadiko Kutxa, Lagun Aro and the Provincial Governments of the Basque Country, will continue to support Progenika and its new controlling shareholder in Progenika’s new phase as a part of Grifols. Ekarpen will perform this role as a member of the Board of Directors of Progenika.

Azkenik, Euskadiko enpresa- eta ekonomia-ehunaren elementu nabarmen gisa Progenikak duen identitateari eusteko asmoarekin, Grifolsek eta Progenikak adostu dutenez, EKARPEN SPE, S.A. inbertsio-bideak –bertan parte hartzen dute Eusko Jaurlaritza, Kutxabank, Caja Laboral-Euskadiko Kutxa, Lagun Aro eta EAEko Foru Aldundiek– Progenika eta bere kontrol-akziodun berria laguntzen jarraituko du Grifolsen zati den etapa berrian. Ekarpenek, gainera, Progrenikaren Administrazio Kontseiluko kide den aldetik beteko du eginkizun hori.
