Egli riconosce espressamente tali basi come vincolanti per le sue relazioni legali con SIX Swiss Exchange SA e con gli organi regolamentari, responsabili per l’ammissione alla negoziazione, la quotazione, il mantenimento della quotazione, il monitoraggio e l’imposizione degli obblighi legati alla quotazione (oggi: il Regulatory Board, SIX Exchange Regulation, la Commissione per le sanzioni, l’istanza di ricorso);

1. they have read and acknowledge the Listing Rules, the Rules, the Additional Rules and the implementing ordinances as well as the Rules of Procedure, the Regulations for the Appeals Board and the List of Charges of SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd (referred to below as the "Legal Foundations"). They hereby expressly recognise the foregoing as binding on their legal relations with SIX Swiss Exchange Ltd and the Regulatory Bodies which are responsible for admission to trading, listing, maintaining listing and monitoring and enforcing compliance with listing-related obligations (currently, these are the Regulatory Board, SIX Exchange Regulation, the Sanction Commission and the Appeals Board).

1. er das Kotierungsreglement, die Reglemente, die Zusatzreglemente und die Ausführungserlasse sowie die Verfahrensordnung, das Reglement für die Beschwerdeinstanz und die Gebührenordnung der SIX Swiss Exchange AG (nachfolgend «Rechtsgrundlagen» genannt) zur Kenntnis genommen hat. Er anerkennt diese hiermit ausdrücklich als verbindlich für seine rechtlichen Beziehungen zur SIX Swiss Exchange AG sowie zu den Regulatorischen Organen, welche für die Zulassung zum Handel, die Kotierung, die Aufrechterhaltung der Kotierung, die Überwachung und die Durchsetzung der mit der Kotierung verbundenen Pflichten zuständig sind (heute: Regulatory Board, SIX Exchange Regulation, Sanktionskommission, Beschwerdeinstanz).
