Your mail will be treated by the Citizens' Enquiry Service of the European Parliament in accordance with the provisions of section III of the Guide to the Obligations of Officials and Other Servants of the European Parliament (Code of Conduct) (Bureau Decision of 7 July 2008). The data controller is Mr Alfredo De Feo, Director in the Presidency DG of the European Parliament. Personal data in your mail will be used by the Citizens' Enquiry Service solely for the purpose of handling your request. However, some inquiries may also be directed to an official of the EU institutions who is competent to reply to a particular question or to Europe Direct. Data on age, sex, socio-professional category, nationality and country of residence are used for compiling statistics. Data will be retained in the service's archives for a maximum duration of 5 years, after which it will be destroyed. You have the right to access and rectify the data concerning you by contacting the Citizens' Enquiry Service, and the right to have recourse to the European Data Protection Supervisor.

Ihr Schreiben wird vom Referat Bürgeranfragen des Europäischen Parlaments gemäß den Bestimmungen nach Abschnitt III des Leitfadens für die Pflichten der Beamten und sonstigen Bediensteten des Europäischen Parlaments (Verhaltenskodex) bearbeitet (Beschluss des Präsidiums vom 7. Juli 2008). Der Datenschutzbeauftragte ist Alfredo De Feo, Direktor in der Generaldirektion Präsidentschaft des Europäischen Parlaments. Die in Ihrem Schreiben enthaltenen persönlichen Daten werden vom Referat Bürgeranfragen ausschließlich für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage verwendet. Manche Anfragen können auch an einen Beamten der Organe und Einrichtungen der Europäischen Union, der zur Beantwortung einer besonderen Frage befähigt ist, oder an Europe Direct gerichtet werden. Die Angaben zum Alter, zum Geschlecht, zur Berufsgruppe, zur Staatsangehörigkeit und zum Wohnsitzland werden für statistische Zwecke genutzt. Los datos de carácter personal que figuren en su correo electrónico serán utilizados por el Servicio de Información al Ciudadano con la única finalidad de tramitar su solicitud. No obstante, algunas solicitudes podrán remitirse, asimismo, a un funcionario de las instituciones de la UE con competencias para responder a una pregunta concreta, o bien a Europe Direct. Uw schrijven wordt door de Dienst burgerinformatie van het Europees Parlement behandeld in overeenstemming met afdeling III van de Gids betreffende de verplichtingen van ambtenaren en andere personeelsleden van het Europees Parlement (gedragscode) (besluit van het Bureau van 7 juli 2008). De heer Alfredo De Feo, directeur bij het DG Presidium van het Europees Parlement, is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van de gegevens. De persoonlijke gegevens in uw schrijven worden door de Dienst burgerinformatie uitsluitend gebruikt in het kader van de behandeling van uw verzoek. Sommige inlichtingen kunnen echter worden overgemaakt aan EuropeDirect of aan een ambtenaar van de EU-instellingen, die meer bevoegd is om een bepaalde vraag te beantwoorden. De gegevens over leeftijd, geslacht, maatschappelijke/beroepsstatus, nationaliteit en land van vestiging worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor de opstelling van statistieken. De gegevens worden ten hoogste vijf jaar bewaard in de archieven van de dienst en worden daarna vernietigd. U hebt het recht uw gegevens in te zien en te corrigeren door contact op te nemen met de Dienst burgerinformatie, alsook het recht u te wenden tot de Europese Toezichthouder voor gegevensbescherming.
