"Bisher haben wir uns vorwiegend damit beschäftigt, das Eis zu brechen, das Bewusstsein der Arbeiter zu wecken und sie zu bewegen, über die Beziehungen zwischen Arbeit, Gesundheit und Umwelt nachzudenken. Wir sind vorangekommen, indem wir mit ein paar Fällen begonnen haben", sagt Nieto Sáinz.

"So far, we have dedicated most of our efforts to breaking the ice, getting inside workers' minds and encouraging them to think about the relationships between their jobs, their health and their environment. We have been making progress by starting with a few cases," says Nieto Sáinz. "We got people to believe in what we were doing - to understand and want to get involved."

"A ce jour, nos efforts ont surtout consisté à briser la glace, à sonder l'esprit des travailleurs et à les encourager à réfléchir sur les rapports entre leur travail, leur santé et leur environnement. Nous avons réalisé des progrès en commençant par quelques cas," explique M. Nieto Sáinz. "Nous avons amené les gens à nous faire confiance, à comprendre les enjeux et à vouloir participer."

"Hasta ahora hemos dedicado la mayor parte de nuestros esfuerzos a romper el hielo, llegar a los trabajadores y animarles a reflexionar sobre las relaciones entre sus puestos de trabajo, su salud y su entorno. Hemos avanzado empezando con unos pocos casos", dice Nieto Sáinz. "Contamos con gente que creía en lo que hacíamos, lo entendía y quería participar."

"Finora abbiamo dedicato la maggior parte dei nostri sforzi a rompere il ghiaccio, entrare nelle teste dei lavoratori ed incoraggiarli a riflettere sul rapporto che c'è tra lavoro, salute e ambiente.
