La estructura en forma de H que une las patas es de pecan, una especie de madera relacionada. Para las varillas se ha usado maple estadounidense y para el aro del respaldo, cherry estadounidense de fibra recta.

The legs are of American hickory, chosen because of its strength and straightness, and also because this use suits the fact that it is only available in relatively small widths. The 'H' structure joining the legs is in the related timber, pecan. American maple was used for the spindles, and the hoop of the back is in straight-grained American cherry.

Die Stuhlbeine sind aus American hickory (Hickory). Dieses Holz wurde aufgrund seiner Geradwüchsigkeit und Festigkeit gewählt, aber auch weil es nur in relativ kleinen Breiten verfügbar ist und daher für diese Nutzung in Frage kam. Die Stuhlbeinkonstruktion mit Querverstrebung ist aus pecan (Pekannussbaum), einer mit Hickory verwandten Holzart. Die Stäbe der Rückenlehne sind aus American maple (Ahorn) und die durchlaufende Rückenlehne aus dem geradwüchsigen Holz von American cherry (Kirsche).

Le gambe sono fatte di American hickory (hickory americano), scelto per la sua robustezza e linearità ed inoltre perché disponibile in pezzi di larghezze relativamente piccole e quindi adatto al tipo di utilizzo in questa creazione. La struttura a “h” che unisce le gambe è fatta di un legno correlato, il pecan. Per i fusti è stato usato American maple (acero americano) e l’ovale dello schienale è in American cherry (ciliegio americano) a venatura dritta.

Nóżki krzesła wykonano z hikory amerykańskiej, wybranej ze względu na wytrzymałość i prosty układ włókien, a także ze względu na fakt, że drewno tego gatunku jest dostępne jedynie w dość małej szerokości desek. Konstrukcja w kształcie litery „H”, która łączy nogi krzesła, jest zrobiona z drewna orzesznika, szczebelki oparcia z klonu amerykańskiego, a obręcz oparcia z drewna wiśni amerykańskiej.
