House in gated community, 15 minutes away from Punta Maroma, one of the world's most beautiful beaches and just 10 minutes away from the centre of Playa del Carmen, close to cenotes and breathtaking sites. The house sleeps 5 people (6 max), it has 3 rooms (1 double bed | 1 single bed | 2 single beds), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with oven, fridge, electronic appliances and cooking utensils. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. There's a small terrace where you can have dinner or take a drink at night. Community pool area is a relaxing place, with grill and garden. The gated community is small, walking from the highway to the house will take you 5 minutes. There is an OXXO close and services such as laundry, restaurants, etc. There are vans continuously passing on the highway that will take you to Playa's center, Cancún, Tulúm and the beaches around BUT you will enjoy more the breathtaking environment with a car (and will save money cause taxis are expensive), so you might consider renting one. Access to beaches, natural reserves and archaeological sites can be complicated without one.
