Situata a Padova, la centrale è stata realizzata sulla base di un progetto di smart city che è stato presentato all’Expo di Shanghai nel 2010. Lo scopo di tale complesso è quello di fornire servizi con particolare attenzione per l’ambiente e al risparmio energetico. Telezip gestisce una centrale di trigenerazione di ultima generazione che garantisce un risparmio del 40% sui costi di riscaldamento e di condizionamento.

Tutte le parti che compongono il cogeneratore ESPE CHiP50 sono state pensate per ottenere il più alto rendimento, dall’essiccatore al sistema di assorbimento del calore. Con l’obiettivo di ottimizzare l’investimento del cliente, ESPE ha sviluppato un cogeneratore in grado di utilizzare il minor combustibile possibile e aumentare il rendimento di conversione, riducendo al minimo gli scarti come polveri e ceneri. Questo permette di avere un cogeneratore in grado di produrre 49 kWe e 100 kWt utilizzando 49kg di cippato all’ora. In più, a differenza di quanto indicato dal GSE che stima un 17% di autoconsumo elettrico,ESPE CHiP50 ha bisogno solamente del 12% dell’energia elettrica prodotta per funzionare. Questa differenza ha un valore ben preciso riconosciuto dal GSE sotto forma di prezzo zonale orario dell’energia elettrica immessa in rete, con differenti tariffe a seconda che il combustibile sia un prodotto o un sottoprodotto della filiera del legno.

Andererseits verschlingt das Testen knapp die Hälfte der Lebenszykluskosten. Grund genug, den Test zu optimieren, eine durchgängige Methodik umzusetzen und damit die Effizienz zu steigern. Daher hat die Vector Consulting Services GmbH ihr traditionelles Vector Forum im Mai 2010 mit dem Schwerpunkt „Besser Testen — Methodik, Umsetzung, Erfahrungen“ ausgerichtet. Knapp sechzig Entscheider aus verschiedenen Branchen kamen zusammen, um untereinander und mit den hochkarätigen Referenten praxisnah Erfahrungen auszutauschen. Der Beitrag fasst die Vorträge der Referenten von Dräger, Ford, Porsche, Siemens, Thales und Vector zusammen.
