OTLAV new factory was inaugurated in 2007, in Via Angelo Padovan 2 in Santa Lucia di Piave (TV), in an area of 45,000 square meters, 19,500 of which are covered. Following the opening of the first office in March 1956, OTLAV has nowadays found its perfect location to face the challenges of the new millennium. "OAMH" - "Otlav Automatic Material Handling"- is a project developed after five years of research and studies all around the world; a technological jewel created by designing at first the best logistical location, and then a subsequent lay out, and eventually the container to cover these structures : an unmistakable technological masterpiece, which is 10 meters high. Rationalization of space, optimization of logistics and integrated use of automation: all of these account for respectively the flow or transportation of materials and the streaming of information. The goal is to cut costs by making the produced hinges increasingly competitive with an unparalleled level of quality. The means through which this goal is achieved is the implementation of a complex automated system from the first stage of production, that is, from the instant when the raw material enters the factory, to the exit of the finished product, without any sort of interference from outside. It’s sufficient to mention that for the transportation of all necessary material, "Otlav Transport Computer System" makes use of LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle), special automatic trolleys, without driver, designed and built specifically for OTLAV. These trolleys transport and distribute the necessary materials to individual machinery for seamless working, making the production cycle fast, safe and accurate, from the arrival of the raw materials in the factory through packaging and delivery of the finished products. OTLAV is today a highly competitive company and is the only one fully automatic and independent in this sector throughout Europe. The real strength lies in the internal development of most of these technologies dedicated to automation. In this way OTLAV has achieved a goal that was tenaciously desired: to be completely released from all unforeseen circumstances that could occurre in the event where certain stages of the production activity are delegated to external entities.

En 2007, le nouveau site est inauguré au numéro 2 de la rue Angelo Padovan à Santa Lucia di Piave (TV), un périmètre de 45.000 m2 dont 19.500 couverts. Après le premier établissement ouvert en mars 1956, OTLAV a trouvé maintenant l’emplacement idéal pour affronter les défis imposés par le nouveau millénaire. "OAMH": Otlav Automatic Material Handling est un projet élaboré après cinq années de recherches et d’études dans le monde entier, un joyau technologique réalisé en pensant d’abord à la meilleure logistique possible, en délinéant ensuite le lay-out approprié et seulement à la fin en construisant la structure de confinement représentée par un hangar de 10 mètres de haut qui se démarque par les technologies les plus pointues : ruationalisation des espaces, optimisation de la logistique et valorisation de l'automatisation intégrée: et ceci aussi bien pour ce qui concerne le flux des matériaux que le flux des informations. L'objectif est la réduction des coûts pour rendre les charnières produites toujours plus compétitives, avec un niveau qualitatif sans égal. Le moyen pour obtenir tout ceci est la mise en oeuvre d’un système automatique complexe, de la première phase de la production, c’est à dire l’entrée de la matière première dans l’usine, jusqu’à la sortie du produit fini, sans subir ainsi aucune influence extérieure. Il suffit de penser que pour le transport des matériaux, le "Système Informatique de Transport Otlav" utilise des LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle – véhicules à guidage laser), c’est à dire des chariots automatiques particuliers, conçus et réalisés spécialement pour OTLAV. Ces chariots transportent et distribuent à chaque machine les matériaux nécessaires pour une exploitation en feu continu, rendant le cycle de production rapide, sûr et précis, de l'arrivée de la matière première jusqu’à l'emballage et à la livraison du produit fini. OTLAV est aujourd’hui une entreprise hautement compétitive, et elle est l’unique entreprise totalement automatisée et indépendante dans toute l’Europe. Le vrai point de force est le développement interne d’une grande partie de ces technologies dédiées à l'automatisation, qui ont été ensuite intégrées avec les meilleures solutions présentes sur le marché. Im Jahr 2007 wurde das neue Werk von OTLAV eingeweiht, in der Via Angelo Padovan 2 in Santa Lucia di Piave (TV), auf einem Gelände von 45.000 Quadratmeter, 19.500 davon unter Dach. Nach dem ersten, im März 1956 gegründeten Sitz hat OTLAV nun einen Ort gefunden mit der die Herausforderungen des neuen Jahrtausends gemeistert werden können. "OAMH": Otlav Automatic Material Handling ist ein Projekt, das in fünf Jahren der weltweiten Forschung und Entwicklung aufgeaut wurde, ein wirklich technologisches Juwel, aus einer optimalen Logistik heraus ein daraus folgender Plan und zuletzt dann die Verwirklichung: Eine 10 Meter hohe Werkshalle mit unverwechselbaren technischen Eindrücken. Platz einteilen, Abläufe optimieren und die Automatisierung integrieren: Dies gilt sowohl für den Material-, als auch den Informations-Fluss. Das Ziel sind reduzierte Kosten für die immer wettbewerbsfähigeren produzierten Scharniere bei einem Qualitätsniveau ohne Beispiel. Um dies alles zu erreichen wird ein kompliziertes automatisiertes System eingeführt, vom ersten Schritt der Fertigung, dem Wareneingang des Rohmaterials, bis zum Warenausgang des fertigen Produkts, ohne irgendeine Beeinflussung von außen. Ein Beispiel dafür ist der Transport der Materialien, für den sich das "Sistema Informatica Trasporti Otlav" ( Informatives Transportsystem Otlav) der LGV-Technik (Laser Guided Vehicle) bedient, automatische Transportbehälter, speziell für Otlav konstruiert und gebaut. Diese Behälter transportieren und verteilen das für die Bearbeitung notwendige Material unaufhörlich zu den einzelnen Maschinen, mit dem Ergebnis eines schnellen, sicheren und genauen Fertigungsablaufes, vom Beginn des Rohmaterials bis zur Verpackung und dem Versand der Ware. OTLAV stellt heute eine stark wettbewerbsfähige Firma dar, die einzige unabhängige mit vollautomatisierter Fertigung in Europa. Die wahre Stärke ist die eigene Entwicklung des größten Teiles der Technologien zur Automatisierung, integriert mit den besten Lösungen, die der Markt bietet. Durch den starken Willen des Gründers Angelo Padovan wurde so ein Ziel für das ganze Werk erreicht, heute die am weitest entwickelten Technologien nutzend: Jede Fase der Firmen-Tätigkeiten befreien von unvorhersehbaren Einflüssen, die durch den Zwang entstehen könnten, einzelne Produktionsfasen nach außerhalb zu verlagern.

En 2007, se inaugura el nuevo establecimiento OTLAV - en la calle Angelo Padovan 2, Santa Lucia di Piave (TV)- que cuenta con un área de 45.000 m² de los cuales 19.500 cubiertos. Después de la primera sede abierta en marzo de 1956, OTLAV ha encontrado el lugar ideal para enfrentar los desafíos que impone el nuevo milenio. “OAMH”: Otlav Automatic Material Handling es un proyecto elaborado en base a cinco años de investigación y estudios a nivel mundial, una joya tecnológica realizada diseñando, en primer lugar, la mejor logística, luego el consiguiente layout y finalmente sobre éstos, el contenedor: una nave alta 10 metros, caracterizada por una gran tecnología. La racionalización de los espacios, optimización de la logística y valorización de la automatización integrada respecto al flujo de materiales, así como de las informaciones, permiten bajar los costos para producir bisagras cada vez más competitivas, con un nivel de calidad incomparable. El medio para obtener esto es la puesta en marcha de un complejo sistema automático: desde la primera fase de producción, es decir, desde el ingreso en la fábrica de la materia prima, hasta la salida del producto acabado, evitando toda influencia externa. Es suficiente pensar que para el transporte de los materiales el “Sistema Informático Transportes Otlav” utiliza los LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle), es decir, especiales carros automáticos proyectados y realizados exclusivamente para OTLAV. Estos carros transportan y distribuyen a cada máquina los materiales necesarios para la producción, sin solución de continuidad, obteniendo así un ciclo productivo veloz, seguro y preciso, desde la llegada de la materia prima hasta el embalaje y la entrega del producto. OTLAV es hoy en día una empresa altamente competitiva y la única totalmente automatizada e independiente de toda Europa. El desarrollo interno de gran parte de estas tecnologías dedicadas a la automatización es su verdadera fuerza, ya que las mismas se fueron integrando con las mejores soluciones presentes en el mercado. De esta forma, se ha alcanzado un objetivo tenazmente perseguido por el fundador, Angelo Padovan, para su empresa, que hoy cuenta con la tecnología más avanzada: eliminar, en cada fase de la actividad empresarial, los riesgos y contratiempos que pueden derivar de la asignación de algunas fases productivas a terceros.

Dopo la prima sede aperta nel marzo 1956, oggi OTLAV ha trovato la collocazione per le sfide imposte dal nuovo millennio. "OAMH": "Otlav Automatic Material Handling" è un progetto elaborato dopo cinque anni di ricerche e studi in tutto il mondo; un gioiello tecnologico realizzato disegnando dapprima la migliore logistica, quindi il successivo layout ed infine sopra questi il contenitore: un capannone alto 10 metri dall’inconfondibile forte impronta tecnologica. La razionalizzazione degli spazi, l’ottimizzazione della logistica e la valorizzazione dell’automazione integrata, sia per quanto riguarda il flusso dei materiali, che delle informazioni permettono, l’abbattimento dei costi, rendendo così le cerniere prodotte sempre più competitive e con un livello qualitativo senza confronti. Il mezzo per ottenere tutto ciò è la messa in pratica di un complesso sistema automatico: dalla prima fase di produzione, cioè dall'ingresso in fabbrica della materia prima, fino all'uscita del prodotto finito, senza subire alcuna influenza dall'esterno. Basti pensare che per il trasporto dei materiali il "Sistema Informatico Trasporti Otlav" si serve di carrelli automatici laser guidati, quindi senza autista a bordo, progettati e realizzati appositamente per OTLAV: gli LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle). Questi carrelli trasportano, distribuiscono e prelevano dai singoli macchinari i materiali necessari per la lavorazione, senza soluzione di continuità, rendendo il ciclo produttivo (dall'arrivo della materia prima fino all'imballaggio ed alla consegna della merce) veloce, sicuro e preciso e soprattutto permettendo la rilevazione "just in time" di ogni fase di lavorazione. OTLAV è oggi un'azienda altamente competitiva ed è l'unica de settore totalmente automatica e indipendente in Europa. Il vero punto di forza è lo sviluppo interno di gran parte di queste tecnologie dedicate all’automazione. È stato, così, raggiunto un obiettivo tenacemente voluto: svincolare ogni fase dell'attività aziendale dagli imprevisti che derivano dal dover svolgere alcune fasi produttive all'esterno.

В 2007 году мы открыли новое представительство OTLAV по адресу Улица Анжело Падовано, дом 2 в городе Санта Лючия ди Пьяве (TV), площадью 45.000 метров квадратных, из которых 19.500 представляют собой помещения не на открытом воздухе. С момента открытия первого офиса в марте 1956 года мы прошли большой путь, и сегодня уже знаем, как справляться с вызовами нового тысячелетия. «OAMH»: «Otlav Automatic Material Handling» (на русском – «Система Автоматической Обработки Материалов») - это проект, вышедший в свет после 5 лет разработок с участием специалистов всего мира; технологическая жемчужина, созданная в 3 этапа: сначала план в соответствии с соображениями логистики, затем макет, и, наконец, само помещение: 10 метров в высоту, оснащенное всеми технологическими новинками. Рациональное использование пространства, оптимизация логистических подходов, оценка интегрированной автоматизации в плане потоков как материалов, так и информации, позволяют снизить производственные издержки, что делает нашу продукцию исключительно качественной и конкурентноспособной. Такой результат достигается при помощи внедрения системы автоматизации: с самой первой фазы производства, то есть с момента поступления первичных материалов на фабрику, до момента выхода конечного продукта без какой-либо помощи извне. Например, для перевозки материалов «Информационная система перевозки товаров Otlav» использует автоматические тележки с лазерным наведением, без водителя, специально спроектированные и созданные для OTLAV:LSG (Laser Guided Vehicle); на русском –«ТЛН (Тележки с лазерным наведением»). Они перевозят, распределяют и грузят производственные материалы с и на каждую машину, таким образом, обеспечивая непрерывный производственный цикл (с момента поступления материалов на фабрику и до упаковки и отправки готовых товаров) быстро, безопасно и точно, обеспечивая абсолютное соблюдение сроков изготовления продукции на каждой фазе производственного цикла. Сегодня OTLAV – исключительно конкурентноспособная компания, являющаяся единственной в своем секторе компанией, имеющей полностью автоматизированное и независимое производство в целой Европе. Ключевым преимуществом является последующая внутренняя разработка этих технологий для целей автоматизации. Таким образом, мы достигли нашей главной цели: исключить риск влияния непредвиденных обстоятельств (вызванных необходимостью проводить некоторые фазы производства в другом месте) на сроки изготовления и поставки, а также на качество продукции.
