Predvsem se posvečamo delu s tema sortama. Ti sorti že od nekdaj pripovedujeta o Coronicah kot o istrskih kmetovalcih, contadinih, ki so skrbeli za to zemljo kot za lastno družino: kar ta zemlja že desetletja tudi je!

Here, in the red Istrian soil, Coronica vineyards and vines are growing, and, as far as the nature allows, the highest possible quality grapes of our indigenous varieties – predominantly Istrian Malvasia and Teran. Most of the time we are committed to working with these two varieties. They have always told a story about the Coronica family as Istrian farmers, contadini, who have been taking care of the land just as if it was one of their own family - because it is indeed precisely that, and has been - for decades!

Hier auf der istrischen roten Erde gedeihen Coronica Weingärten und Weinreben und, soweit es die Natur zulässt, sehr hochwertige Weintrauben, vor allem für unsere autochthonen Sorten - Istrische Malvasia und Teran. Hauptsächlich widmen wir uns der Arbeit mit diesen zwei Sorten. Sie erzählen schon seit jeher eine Geschichte über die Familie Coronica als istrische Landwirte, Bauern, die sich um das Land mit der gleichen Beharrlichkeit kümmerten, wie um ihre Familie, weil sie dies ja auch ist, und zwar schon seit Jahrzehnten!

Qui, sulle terre rosse istriane, crescono rigogliosi i vigneti Coronica, nonché, per quanto la natura ce lo consenta, l'uva della migliore qualità. Un'uva che appartiene principalmente alle nostre varietà autoctone, la malvasia istriana e il terrano. Lavoriamo infatti perlopiù con queste due varietà. Da sempre esse raccontano la storia dei Coronica come la storia di autentici agricoltori istriani, di contadini, che da decenni si prendono cura della terra alla stregua della propria famiglia perché in fondo la terra è proprio questo!
