Peter tiene 26 años de experiencia en dirección de adopción y gestión de innovadoras tecnologías de la información. También tiene experiencia práctica como desarrollador, consultor, educador, y autor internacionalmente publicado. Anteriormente, Peter fue el primer gerente de PC Planning en The Aerospace Corporation, donde también trabajó en la gestión de proyectos de sistemas espaciales y en los usos espaciales de técnicas de inteligencia artificial.
