En cas de revente ou de transformation, l'acheteur doit veiller à la traçabilité des marchandises livrées. Les marchandises conçues par le client ou fabriquées à la demande expresse du client avec des spécifications divergentes des spécifications standard ne sont pas garanties par le fabricant, sauf convention contraire expresse. En cas d’acceptation d’une plainte, la responsabilité du vendeur ne dépassera jamais le remboursement des marchandises reconnues comme défectueuses, ou leur remplacement, au choix du vendeur. Les dommages consécutifs ne sont jamais acceptés. D’éventuels retours de marchandises sont uniquement possibles aux frais de l’acheteur et moyennant l’accord exprès du vendeur.

De koper dient de goederen bij de levering te controleren op hun conformiteit. Klachten betreffende zichtbare gebreken moeten binnen de 5 dagen na levering van de goederen schriftelijk ter kennis van de verkoper gebracht worden, zoniet worden zij niet in aanmerking genomen. Klachten  betreffende verborgen gebreken dienen de verkoper schriftelijk te worden meegedeeld binnen de 5 dagen na de ontdekking ervan. Behoudens strengere wettelijke bepalingen wordt vrijwaring voor verborgen gebreken verleend gedurende een periode van 6 maanden na levering.  Klachten met betrekking tot geleverde producten worden steeds behandeld overeenkomstig de door de verkoper verstrekte waarborgen voor de betrokken producten. Bij wederverkoop of verwerking dient de koper te zorgen voor de traceerbaarheid van de geleverde producten. Producten door de klant ontworpen of op uitdrukkelijke vraag van de klant geproduceerd met specificaties afwijkend van de standaard specificaties, worden door de producent niet gewaarborgd, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders overeengekomen. Ingeval van aanvaarde klacht gaat de aansprakelijkheid van de verkoper nooit verder dan de terugbetaling van de goederen die erkend worden niet in orde te zijn, of tot de vervanging ervan naar keuze van de verkoper. Gevolgschade wordt nooit aanvaard. Eventuele terugzendingen van goederen kunnen enkel gebeuren op kosten van de koper en na uitdrukkelijk akkoord van de verkoper.

La formation a été inscrite dans le cadre de la 7ème édition du Séminaire Méthodologique Interconnexion de paradigmes didactiques et méthodologiques dans l'enseignement des langues étrangères, organisée par la Faculté des Lettres. «L'écriture créative est un outil pour aider les élèves à mieux faire connaître les idées dans une langue étrangère».
