На база проведения в шест европейски страни анализ на потребностите, можеше да се генерира важна информация за релевантността на темите "Кибертормоз" и "Защита на данните" с техните аспекти и с кохерентната многоспектърна нужда за лица в социално-педагогическата сфера на дейност.
On the basis of the needs analysis in six EU countries, important information about the relevance of Cybermobbing and data protection issues could be drawn up with their facets and the different needs for persons in social pedagogical fields of action. The data base consisted of written interviews with pedagogical experts in the social assistance system. The question was answered by means of closed and open questions (meaning in the professional context, existing knowledge on the subject and the need for further training and concepts of prevention, diagnostics and intervention).
Auf Basis der in sechs EU-Ländern durchgeführten Bedarfsanalyse konnten wichtige Informationen über die Relevanz der Themen Cybermobbing und Datenschutz mit ihren Facetten und dem damit zusammenhängenden mannigfaltigen Bedarf für Personen in sozialpädagogischen Handlungsfeldern generiert werden. Die Datengrundlage bildeten schriftliche Befragungen von pädagogischen Fachpersonen im sozialen Hilfesystem. Erhoben wurde mittels geschlossenen und offenen Fragen der Bedarf (Bedeutung im beruflichen Kontext, bestehendes Wissen zum Thema und Bedarf an Fortbildung sowie an Konzepten der Prävention, Diagnostik und Intervention).
En base a la evaluación de necesidad llevada a cabo en seis países de Europa, se pudo generar información importante sobre la relevancia del tema ciberacoso, y protección de datos con sus facetas, y su relación con la diversa necesidad para personas en el campo sociopedagógico. Las bases de datos fueron creadas por los profesionistas de la educación, a través de encuestas en el sistema de asistencia social. La información se recopiló por medio de preguntas cerradas y abiertas de la necesidad (es decir, en un contexto profesional, conocimiento existente sobre el tema y necesidad de capacitación, así como de prevención, diagnóstico e intervención).
Στηριγμένοι στα στοιχεία που συγκεντρώθηκαν από έρευνες που υλοποιήθηκαν σε έξι χώρες της ΕΕ, μπορούμε να βγάλουμε σημαντικά συμπεράσματα σχετικά με τη σχέση ανάμεσα στη διαδι-κτυακή παρενόχληση (Cyberbullying) και τη δημοσιοποίηση προσωπικών δεδομένων, καθώς και τις διαφορετικές επιπτώσεις που πιθανόν να δημιουργηθούν σε άτομα, σε επίπεδο κοινωνικό, οικονομικό, παιδαγωγικό κλπ. Τα δεδομένα συγκεντρώθηκαν μέσα από γραπτές έρευνες που έγιναν από επαγγελματίες εκπαι-δευτικούς που ασχολούνται με το σύστημα της κοινωνικής πρόνοιας.
In baza pe analizelor de nevoi efectuate in cele șase țări partenere din UE din cu privire la relevanța subiectelor Cybermobbing si protectia datelor si fațetele sale cat și nevoile variate ale persoanelor din domeniile socio-pedagogice de acțiune sau putut genera informatii importante. Baza de date a fost formata prin sondaje scrise efectuate de profesioniști din sistemul de asistență socială. Evaluarea s-a realizat prin întrebări închise și deschise (Chestionari într-un context profesional, cunoștințele existente despre acest subiect și nevoia de specializare și conceptele de prevenire, diagnostic și intervenție existente).
V šiestich krajinách EÚ (o.i. aj na Slovensku) sa uskutočnila anketa, ktorej cieľom bolo zistiť potreby pracovníkov z oblasti sociálnej pedagogiky. Prieskum priniesol cenné informácie o témach, akými sú kybernetické šikanovanie a ochrana osobných údajov. Anketa bola realizovaná formou dotazníka, ktorý pozostával z otvorených aj uzavretých otázok. Bola zameraná na odborných pedagogických pracovníkov, ktorí pôsobia v sociálnej sfére. Zisťovali sme, aké sú ich potreby v kontexte odborného pôsobenia, aké majú poznatky na danú tému a tiež aké formy vzdelávania by uvítali. Zaujímali nás aj koncepty prevencie, diagnostiky a intervencie, s ktorými respondenti pracujú.
Na podlagi analize potreb izvedene v šestih državah EU, so partnerji pridobili pomembne informacije o pomenu tematike povezane s spletnim trpinčenjem in varstvom podatkov ter področjem udejstvovanja socialnih pedagogov. Podatki so bili pridobljeni s pomočjo vprašalnika med socialnimi pedagogi, ki je z odprtimi in zaprtimi tipi vprašanj ugotavljal potrebe (pomen v poklicnem kontekstu, obstoječe znanje o tematiki ter potreba po usposabljanju ter konceptih preventive, diagnostike in intervencije).
