3. Welcomes the signing of the Agreement on the Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (hereafter the Agreement) by Dr. Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, Chairman of the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement In Opposition (SPLM/IO), Mr. Pagan Amum, on behalf of the Former Political Detainees (FD), and by other South Sudanese stakeholders, during the IGAD-Plus Summit held in Addis Ababa, on 17 August 2015, and by President Salva Kiir Mayardit, in Juba, on 26 August 2015;

Se félicite de la signature de l'Accord sur le règlement du conflit en République du Soudan du Sud (ci-après l’Accord) par Dr Riek Machar Teny Dhurgon, Président du Mouvement populaire de libération du Soudan dans l'Opposition (SPLM/IO), M. Pagan Amum, au nom des Anciens détenus politiques, et par d'autres parties prenantes sud-soudanaises, au cours du Sommet du Mécanisme IGAD-Plus tenu à Addis Abéba, le 17 août 2015, ainsi que par le Président Salva Kiir Mayardit, à Juba, le 26 août 2015;
