1.6. Irakasgai baten sei deialdiak behin agortuta, ikasleak salbuespenezko deialdi bakar bat eska dezake UPV/EHUko errektoreari zuzendutako idatziaren bidez. Salbuespenezko deialdia emateari buruzko erabakia UPV/EHUko errektoreak emango du, kontuan hartuta ikaslearen espediente akademikoa eta beste gorabehera batzuk.

1.6. Once a student has sat all the permitted examinations for a specific subject, he or she may request that a single exceptional examination be called. Said request must be made in writing and addressed to the Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Basque Country. The decision regarding whether or not to call an exceptional examination shall be taken by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Basque Country, who must, to this end, assess the academic file and other circumstances relative to the student in question.

1.6. Agotadas las seis convocatorias de una asignatura, el alumnado podrá solicitar la concesión de una única convocatoria excepcional en escrito dirigido al Rector, Rectora de la UPV/EHU. La decisión sobre la concesión o no de la convocatoria excepcional corresponderá al Rector, Rectora de la UPV/EHU que deberá, a tales efectos, valorar el expediente académico y otras circunstancias del alumnado.
