Après une semaine éprouvante de préparatifs, pendant laquelle on cuit le pain et on prépare les autres plats, les festivités de la San Giuseppe commencent le samedi soir aux alentours du 19 mars par une messe en allemand et en italien.

After an exhausting week of preparation, which includes baking bread and preparing other foods, the celebrations in honour of San Giuseppe commence on the Saturday evening closest to 19 March with a mass held in German and Italian. This is followed by a procession, a firework display and the blessing of the altar. The subsequent vigil, which includes prayer and singing, ends on the Sunday morning with a service and the ceremony of the seven saints. Once this is over, the festival is brought to a close with the distribution of the altar offerings.

Am Ende einer anstrengenden Vorbereitungswoche, in der Brote gebacken und andere Lebensmittel zubereitet werden, beginnen am Samstagabend um den 19. März die Feierlichkeiten zu Ehren von San Giuseppe mit einer deutsch-italienischen Messe. Es folgen die Prozession, ein Feuerwerk und die Segnung des Altars. Die anschliessende Nachtwache mit Gebet und Gesang endet am Sonntagmorgen mit einem Gottesdienst und der Zeremonie der sieben Heiligen. Danach werden die Altargaben verteilt.

Alla fine di un’impegnativa settimana di preparativi, in cui si cuoce il pane e vengono preparate altre pietanze, il primo sabato sera dopo il 19 marzo iniziano i festeggiamenti in onore di San Giuseppe con una messa in italiano e tedesco. Seguono la processione, uno spettacolo pirotecnico e la benedizione dell’altare. Immediatamente dopo inizia una veglia notturna con preghiere e canti, che si conclude la domenica mattina con una funzione e la cerimonia dei sette santi. In seguito vengono distribuiti i doni.
