Navigating New Territory

Our clients wrestle every day with new problems and challenges across the full spectrum of their legal operations. We face these same challenges in our own business and are always trying to learn and improve. With that in mind, we’d like to share what we’re doing to find and implement best practices in legal management and operations.

Over the past year, some of the operational areas where we’ve partnered with clients to find new solutions are - automating parts of the legal service offering, staffing with a flexible workforce, process mapping frequently repeated matters, implementing new legal technologies, and providing short impactful user friendly CPD programming and strategies around advancement of women and diversity.

We’d like to broaden the dialogue on these topics and more. We’re therefore launching this blog with the goal of creating a forum where clients and colleagues can share and learn from a broader audience as we all navigate new ground. The conventionally powered Toyota Highlander is offered in two choices – front wheel drive and all wheel drive with an active torque control system and downhill assist control. These Highlander models feature a 295 peak horsepower 3.5 L V6. XLE and Limited trim levels include an engine stop and start system to further enhance fuel efficiency. This engine is matched with an eight-speed direct shift automatic transmission, while the powertrain features hill start assist control.
