1. En cas de non-disponibilité de l’hôtel choisi, ou en cas de force majeure, celui-ci se réserve la possibilité de faire héberger totalement ou partiellement le client dans un hôtel de catégorie équivalente pour des prestations de même nature, l’ensemble des frais impliqués par le transfert restant à la charge de l’hôtel choisi, qui ne pourra être recherché en paiement d'une quelconque indemnité complémentaire.

1. In the event of unavailability of the chosen hotel, or in a case of force majeure, the hotel reserves the possibility of fully or partially relocating the customer to an equivalent category hotel for the same type of services, with all costs involved in the transfer being payable by the chosen hotel, which cannot be asked for payment of any additional compensation.

1. In Fällen höherer Gewalt behält sich dieses das Recht vor, den Kunden ganz oder teilweise in einem Hotel der gleichen Kategorie mit dem gleichen Leistungsangebot unterzubringen. Sämtliche Kosten für den Transfer trägt dabei das gewählte Hotel, das allerdings für keinerlei weitere Entschädigung verantwortlich gemacht werden kann.

1. En caso de que el hotel elegido no esté disponible, o en caso de fuerza mayor, éste se reserva la posibilidad de alojar total o parcialmente al cliente en un hotel de categoría equivalente con las prestaciones de la misma naturaleza. El conjunto de gastos relacionados con el traslado correrán a cargo del hotel elegido, al que no se le podrá solicitar ningún tipo de indemnización complementaria.
