Alar has spent the majority of the past 5 years traveling the world, studying human psychology, worked through thousands of pages of research and trained more than ten thousand people in Estonia as well as abroad. Alar’s experiences include bankruptcy of his company in 2004, re-establishment of himself in the educational company “Vain & Partners” in 2006, using his life lessons to establish interior design portal Sisustus.ee in 2007, life and work in Australia in 2009 and founding training company “Eduelamus” (Experience of Success) in 2010. Alar was the official hospitality trainer of European Culture Capital Tallinn in 2011. His students value Alar’s training for its practical “back to grassroots” approach, solid references to international studies and inspirational examples of his own life. Alar was the most listened guest of the radio show “Hallo Kosmos” on Raadio 2 Channel in 2014.
