There is general agreement that progress is being made towards facilitating the transfer and sale of Canadian climate change technologies and expertise. NRCan HQ does not maintain formal records of these transfers and sales since they are built into the reports received from the TPOs. However, some sort of structured tracking system that monitors the progress towards this long-term objective will likely be needed as the Program moves forward.
