As Andreas Kilcher’s cows were driven to the Alps a week earlier, construction company Walo Bertschinger AG began working on his farm first. The task was to lay asphalt on the access road and the courtyard. Andreas Kilcher and his wife knew exactly how they wanted their farm to look. That is why asphalt was laid all the way to the terrace. The challenge here lay in the fact that the asphalt around the courtyard had to be laid by hand due to spatial constraints. But that wasn’t a problem, either.

La construction de deux routes asphaltées en collaboration avec l’entreprise de génie civil Keller AG a été approuvée suite à une inspection par le département des améliorations structurelles et de la production de l’autorité bernoise pour l’agriculture et la nature. L’asphalte utilisé était produit à l’aide de la technologie respectueuse de l’environnement Ammann Foam.

Es war eine echte Herausforderung. Der Bauernhof von Christian Zbinden befindet sich mitten auf einer Anhöhe in Sangernboden. Die serpentinenartige Zufahrtsstrasse weist ein ordentliches Gefälle auf. Bei der Terminierung des Projektes musste man unter anderem auf den Kuhtrieb Rücksicht nehmen, da im Juni der Bauer mit seinen Kühen auf die Alp zieht. „Danach ist es ruhiger auf dem Bauernhof“, so der Bauer. Also der perfekte Zeitpunkt, um die Strasse zu asphaltieren.

Per le due costruzioni stradali si è usato un rivestimento stradale ecosostenibile realizzato con Ammann Foam. Il rivestimento ACT 22 L con bitume a schiuma si contraddistingue per la temperatura di produzione di circa soli 115° C e per la possibilità di stesa anche a basse temperature. Con l’impianto di miscelazione asfalto Universal S a Rubigen si è schiumato un normale bitume di tipo B160/220.

Utilizou-se uma grelha ecológica com base em asfalto espumado Ammann para ambas as estradas. A bancada ACT 22 L com asfalto espumado destaca-se porque é produzida a uma temperatura de apenas 115 ° C e pode ser colocada a temperaturas ainda mais baixas. Um betume normal de tipo B160 / 220 foi espumado na unidade de mistura de asfalto Universal S em Rubigen.

Výstavba dvou asfaltových cest ve spolupráci s inženýrskou společností Keller AG byla schválena po inspekci provedené oddělením strukturálních vylepšení a výroby bernského úřadu pro zemědělství a přírodu. Щебеночно-асфальтовое покрытие ACT 22 L со вспененным битумом выделяется из всех имеющихся, т.к. производится при температуре около 115 ° C и может укладываться даже при более низких температурах.
