La forteresse de la Rose est souvent le lieu de divertissement pour les mariages, les communions ou les anniversaires, le restaurant dispose d'un hall couvert pour un maximum d'environ 90 personnes assises au cours de l'été, mais en général servir le déjeuner dans une grande cour ensoleillée et un 200 personnes, il ya une terrasse au premier étage, très grand et élégant, tous les pavés en briques avec un vieux puits et les glycines qui monte sur la rambarde.
