1(a) User License. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use Artec Services for your personal, noncommercial use according to these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Artec Services for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notifying you. Notwithstanding any provisions of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use Artec Services, and to block or prevent future access to and use of Artec Services for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, these Terms of Use will still apply.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Artec Services aus beliebigem Grund, nach eigenem Ermessen, mit oder ohne Mitteilung an Sie, zweitweise oder dauerhaft zu verändern oder zu unterbrechen. Ungeachtet der Bestimmungen dieser Nutzungsbedingungen behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihre Lizenz zur Nutzung von Artec Services ohne vorherige Ankündigung oder Gewähr und in unserem alleinigen Ermessen zu kündigen, außerdem künftigen Zugang und Nutzung von Artec Dienstleistungen aus beliebigem Grund zu versperren. Nach der Beendigung gelten diese Nutzungsbedingungen weiterhin.

In caso di rescissione, questi Termini d'Uso resteranno in vigore.

1（a） ユーザーライセンス。当社は、本利用規約に従い、お客様が個人的かつ非商業的な目的のため、ARTECサービスを利用するための限定的、非排他的、譲渡不能なライセンスをお客様に付与するものとします。当社は、理由如何にかかわらず、その単独の裁量で、事前にお客様に通知するか否かにかかわらず、ARTECサービスを一時的または永久に変更または中止する権利を留保しています。上述の規定にかかわらず、当社は事前に通知せず、または、付帯責任なしに、その単独の裁量で、理由の如何または有無にかかわらず、お客様のARTECサービル利用ライセンスを終了し、お客様がARTECサービスにアクセスするのをブロックしたり、その利用を妨げる権利を留保しています。契約終了後も、本利用規約は有効に存続します。

Artec은 독자적 재량에 따라 귀하에 대하여 통보 없이 어떠한 이유로든 Artec Service를 일시적 또는 영구적으로 수정 또는 중단할 권리를 보유합니다. 본 이용약관의 어떠한 조항에도 불구하고 Artec은 통보나 법적으로 수반되는 책임 없이 독자적 재량에 따라 Artec Service 사용을 위한 귀하의 라이선스를 종료시키고 추후 Artec Service에 대한 접근 및 그 사용을 차단 또는 방지할 권리를 보유합니다. 본 이용약관은 라이선스의 그러한 종료 이후에도 적용됩니다.

Мы предоставляем вам ограниченную, неисключительную, не подлежащую передаче лицензию на использование Сервисов Artec для ваших личных, некоммерческих целей, согласно данным Условиям использования. Мы оставляем за собой право видоизменить или прекратить работу Сервисов Artec, временно или навсегда, по любой причине, на наше собственное усмотрение, с предварительным уведомлением или без него. Невзирая на любые положения данных Условий использования, мы оставляем за собой право, без уведомления и сопутствующих обязательств, и по нашему усмотрению, отозвать у вас лицензию на использование Сервисов Artec, а также блокировать доступ к Сервисам Artec или отказать в праве пользования ими, как по какой-либо причине, или без. Условия пользования также распространяются на период после прекращения действия лицензии.
