Das Treffen ermöglichte einen offenen Meinungsaustausch über drei Kernthemen in Bezug auf die Ausschöpfung von EU-Mitteln: Beseitigung von Hindernissen bei der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Projekte, Sicherstellung der Qualität ausgewählter Projekte und ihrer wirksamen Evaluierung sowie Berücksichtigung der aus den derzeitigen Programmen gewonnenen Erfahrungen bei der Vorbereitung des Programmplanungszeitraums nach 2013.
