The Mokarico Organic coffee, thanks to a medium roast, manages to highlight aromas, flavors and aftertaste notes while keeping the round and velvety body of the Italian espresso: at olfactory level emerge aromas of ripe fruit, almond and citric aromas. In the cup the round body brings out notes of caramel, chocolate, ripe cherry.

Grâce notamment à une torréfaction moyenne, le Biologique de CaffèMokarico parvient à exalter l'aspect aromatique et rétro-olfactif, tout en maintenant le corps rond et velouté de l'espresso italien : d'un point de vue olfactif, des arômes de fruits mûrs, d'amande et des notes citriques ressortent. Dans la tasse, le corps rond exalte les notes de caramel, de cacao et de cerise mûre. Le final (arrière-goût) est net, intense avec des notes de pamplemousse et de cacao amer.

Der Bio-Kaffee von CaffèMokarico kann auch dank seines mittleren Röstungsgrads den aromatischen Aspekt und den Nachhall im Duft unterstreichen, behält dabei aber den für italienischen Espresso runden und samtigen Körper bei: In der Nase zeigen sich die Aromen reifer Frucht, Mandel und zitronige Anklänge. In der Tasse lässt er Karamell- und Kakaonoten hervortreten und erinnert an reife Kirsche. Im Abklang (Nachduft oder Nachgeschmack) ist er sauber, intensiv, mit Grapefruit-und Bitterkakao-Noten.

Il Biologico di Caffè Mokarico, anche grazie ad una tostatura media, riesce ad esaltare l’aspetto aromatico e retro olfattivo mantenendo comunque il corpo rotondo e vellutato dell’espresso italiano: a livello olfattivo emergono aromi di frutta matura, mandorla e sentori di citrico. In tazza il corpo rotondo esalta note di caramello, cacao, ciliegia matura. Il finale (retrolfatto o retrogusto per i più…) è pulito, intenso con note di pompelmo e cacao amaro.
