Cest que Hinoemata a la grande chance davoir de meilleures routes y menant, et surtout a des sources thermales, ce qui permet aux jeunes de se caser dans le tourisme, soit directement au village, soit dans le canton.

The group has 32 members, and seven are in their 20s. Membership has been dropping over the last few years, although the number of young members is growing. Lots of young people leave the village for big cities, but many come back. Fewer return to the surrounding villages. Hinoemata is luckier because the roads leading to it are in better shape and it has hot springs, making it possible for the local youth to get tourism-related jobs in the area.

El grupo cuenta con 32 miembros, y de ellos siete se encuentran en la veintena. El número de miembros ha ido descendiendo durante los últimos años, aunque aumenta el número de jóvenes. Muchos jóvenes se van a las ciudades, pero también muchos vuelven. En otros pueblos de los alrededores regresan menos. Hinoemata es afortunado, porque la carretera está en buenas condiciones y cuenta con balneario, posibilitando a los jóvenes encontrar algún trabajo relacionado con ello.

В группе 32 человека, семерым из них лет по 20 с небольшим. В последние несколько лет число членов группы неизменно сокращалось, но число молодых членов группы росло. Многие молодые люди уезжают из Хиноэмата в большие города, но многие и возвращаются. По крайней мере, их больше в сравнении с соседними деревнями. Хиноэмата повезло больше, потому что к ней ведут дороги, состояние которых получше, к тому же здесь имеются горячие источники, так что молодежь может найти в этой местности себе работу, связанную с туризмом.
