  Changements climatiques...
IDRC’s Climate Change and Water program aims to help the world’s most vulnerable people adapt to the water-related impacts of climate change. The goal: to support research that improves climate change adaptation efforts, at the policy level and in practice.

IDRC’s Climate Change and Water program (CCW) supports research that reduces vulnerability to water-related impacts of climate change. CCW encourages the development of research on specific tools to cope with water stress, such as improving integrated water resource management, finding equitable ways to allocate existing water (tradable rights), reusing lower quality water (saline, wastewater), and facilitating sustainable and equitable water access and governance, among others. CCW also seeks to build research capacity to help vulnerable people and communities adapt to such risks, and encourages developing-country researchers to be heard in public policy debates by effectively sharing their results with policymakers and national or international donors.
