As a Full Professor you will have a vision to share with the world and you will be a leader who brings people together and inspires. You will also play a role as a figurehead, both within and beyond the organisation. This is why this position involves an even greater focus on leadership. Qualities that are important for professors include the ability to propagate a vision and to provide leadership that connects people. Progression to the position of Full Professor is not automatic since professors are appointed.
