Dirige proyectos de innovación en gestión en ámbitos como la organización de competencias, la gestión por valor, la implantación de técnicas de activación del conocimiento y cooperación, y técnicas de mejora de la operativa de las organizaciones. Ha sido profesor asociado en Mondragon Unibertsitatea, EHU-UPV y Universidad de Navarra.

Doctor of Engineering. Consultant in the field of introducing business, teaching, social and health innovation systems and models, especially in the area of services. He directs management innovation projects in fields such as the organisation of competences, value-based management, the establishment of techniques for the activation of knowledge and cooperation, and techniques of improvements in the operational capacity of organisations. He has taught at Mondragon University, EHU-UPV (University of the Basque Country) and the University of Navarre.

Ingenieritzan doktorea. Eremu hauetan aholkularia da: enpresa, gizarte, hezkuntza, osasun eta bereziki zerbitzu berrikuntzarako eredu eta sistemen ezarpenean. Kudeaketa berrikuntzaren inguruko proiektuak zuzentzen ditu konpetentzien antolakuntzan, balore bidezko kudeaketan, ezagutza eta elkarlaneko aktibatze tekniken ezarpoenean, eta erakundeen funtzionamentuaren hobekuntzan. Mondragon Unibertsitatean, EHU-UPVn eta Universidad de Navarran irakasle elkartu bezala egin du lan.
