Elkarrizketa eskatu duena egilea baldin bada, Batzordeak erabakiko du elkarrizketa egin ala ez. Batzordeak hartutako erabakia aldaezina izango da. Batzordeak aurkeztutako dokumentazioa nahikoa ez dela baleritzo, egilearekin elkarrizketa bat egitea eska dezake, erabakiak hartzeko beharrezkoa zaion informazioa bildu ahal izateko.

In cases where the documentation submitted is not considered sufficient by the Committee, the Committee itself may request an interview with the artist in order to obtain the information needed to take its decisions. In cases where the interview is requested by the artist(s), it will only take place at the discretion of the Committee. The decision of the Committee will be final.

Si la documentación aportada no fuera considerada suficiente por la Comisión, es ésta quien puede pedir una entrevista con el/la autor/a con el fin de recabar la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones. Si es el/la autor/a quien solicita la entrevista, ésta quedará sujeta a la decisión de la Comisión Técnica. La decisión tomada por la Comisión será inapelable.
