Els carrers i les places s’omplen de torxes flamejants elaborades pels propis vilatants amb una herba molt abundant per aquestes terres (le Cephalaria Leucantha), qui a capturé la première semaine du mois et laissé à sécher. La festa acaba a la plaça Porxada, Jeux avec le feu et danse, criant: Fia-Faia, Notre gentleman né à Paia!

On 24 th December, la Vila de Bagà, for centuries, celebrates a party that comes from the fire worship, the day when the light reborns , and becomes the commemoration of God’s birth, the creator of the Sun. In the evening, a group of people called fallaires, goes up the mountain (the Siti) and lights a bonfire, When is dark, fallaires light their torches, called faies, and carry the fire to the town, where share out the fire to the people who are waiting them. The streets and squares are filled with flaming torches, which are elaborated by the own villagers with a kind of grass that is very abundant in this area (the Cephalaria Leucantha), which is recollected at beginning of the month and people left its to dry. The festivity ends on Porxada Square, with games and a dance around the fire, while people shout: “Fia-Faia, nostre senyor ha nascut a la Paia”(Fia-faia, our God has born)!! In 2010 this Festival was declarated “Heritage Party of Nacional Interest” (Festa Patrimonial d’Interès Nacional)..

El día 24 de diciembre, la Vila de Bagà, desde hace siglos, celebra una fiesta que proviene del culto al fuego, el día en que la luz renace, y se convierte en la conmemoración del nacimiento de Dios, creador del Sol. A la luz del atardecer, un grupo de fallaires sube a la montaña (el Siti) y enciende una hoguera, cuando comienza a anochecer, el fuego es transportado con las faies hacia la villa, donde lo reparten entre las personas que los van a ver. Las calles y plazas se llenan de antorchas llameantes elaboradas por los mismos habitantes con una hierba muy abundante en esta zona (la Cephalaria leucantha), que cosechan la primera semana del mes y dejan secar. La fiesta termina en la Plaza Porxada, con juegos de fuego y una danza, al grito de: Fia-faia, Nuestro señor a nacido en la paya! Hay que hacer especial mención que esta fiesta en 2010 fue declarada "Fiesta Patrimonial de Interés Nacional".
