If, for any reason, any of the Terms are declared to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by a court of a competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from the Terms and the remainder of the Terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Si, por cualquier razón, alguna de estas Condiciones fuera declarada ilegal, inválida o inaplicable por un tribunal jurisdiccional competente, debido a que algún término fuera ilegal, inválido o inaplicable, será borrada y eliminada de estas Condiciones, aunque el resto permanecerá en vigor y seguirá siendo vinculante y ejecutable.

Le presenti Condizioni di utilizzo formano parte integrante dell’accordo tra le parti in merito all’utilizzo del sito e sostituiscono tutti i precedenti accordi stipulati in forma scritta o orale tra le parti. Nessuna voce inclusa nei presenti Termini limiterà la responsabilità di Hot or Not in caso di dichiarazione fraudolenta.

Se, por qualquer motivo, qualquer dos Termos for declarado ilegal, inválido ou de qualquer forma não possa ser executado por um tribunal competente, então, na medida em que este termo seja ilegal, inválido ou inexequível, ele deverá ser separado e deletado dos termos e o restante dos Termos deve ser conservado, permanecendo em vigor e continuando a vincular e ser exequível.

Если, по какой-либо причине, какое-либо условие данного соглашения признано судом соответствующей юрисдикции незаконным или юридически недействительным, данное условие будет удалено из соглашения или отредактировано без изменения остальных обязательных к исполнению условий и их юридической силы.
