The Real-Estate Company Hines, with which Lindner has a long-standing business relationship, developed this large-scale project. After an extensive tender and contracting phase, Lindner had been awarded with a comprehensive General Contracting commission. Apart from dry lining and natural stone works in the arcade, the contract mainly consisted of the high-quality fit-out of all rental areas. Their tenants had various design approaches that needed to be met and put into practice. This was achieved through a broad mixture of fit-out works, including numerous pieces from the Lindner product range, such as Floor Systems, Partitions, Heated and Chilled Metal Ceilings as well as custom joinery works. The central location of the construction site in the city in combination with a lack of storage facilities required a carefully thought out logistics concept based on just-in-time delivery. Furthermore, the coordination of simultaneous works in seven individual parts of the complex proved to be extraordinary challenging.
