Agritourism cà del lupo – at the foot of the tuscan apennine, in the territory of pontremoli, it is placed deep in the chestnut and oak woods with their variety of mushrooms and underwood products. The main building of our farm is a nineteenth-century country house, which has been restored retaining typical features of rural constructions. Our guests are hosted in four rooms, each one with an independent bathroom, whose raftered ceilings and terra cotta floors remind of the traditional tuscan materials. But hospitality in “cà del lupo” does not only offer leisure, a deep contact with nature and a period of healthy relaxation. Not only can you meet pigs living in a semi-wild state and cows grazing freely, as also rabbits and sheep. Food in “cà del lupo” is strictly local and seasonal and includes typical lunigiana specialities such as vegetable cakes, testaroli, flat breads,pattona, barbotta and various kinds of salami and cold pork meats. Our breakfasts include homemade sweets and marmalades produced with the fruits of the farm, cooked in accordance with the rules of tuscan cuisine.
