Practically every molding process, whether casting, stamping, cutting or machining, creates unevenness, burrs and contamination of the surface of the products. Their shape is varied, but the technology to remove them is often similar.By combining a variety of technological requirements, such as deburring and edge sharpening, surface smoothing and polishing, degreasing and cleaning, scraping, or grinding, can be addressed. An example of the most common technological requirement is to remove burrs. Centrifugal or vibratory tumbling machines have a rigid casing and a rotating or vibrating bottom. Thus, the mass of the reaming bodies and workpieces is moved into the working space. By acting on the physical forces, the mass of bodies rises up along the wall of the workspace up to the point where it has zero kinetic energy. Gravity begins again on the table, which will cause it to return. This ensures very intensive grinding with short working times.
