Complex internal geometries are ground using profiled discs that can be trued directly on the machine. Both HSS and carbide can be ground on the machines. Thanks to the fully-automatic, high-precision measuring process for the grinding disc diameter and the workpiece, the QUINTO software can grind to the final size in one cycle in the micrometre range.

Les géométries intérieures complexes sont rectifiées avec des disques profilés pouvant être dressés directement sur la machine. Les machines permettent de rectifier du HSS ou du carbure. Grâce à la mesure très précise pleinement automatique du diamètre du disque de rectification et de la pièce, le logiciel QUINTO peut rectifier, au millimètre, à la cote finale, en un seul cycle.

Innenschleifen oder Profil-Innenschleifen. Je nach zu schleifendem Durchmesser, muss eine Hochfrequenzschleifspindel verwendet werden. Komplexe Innengeometrien werden mit profilierten Scheiben geschliffen, welche direkt auf der Maschine abgerichtet werden können. Auf den Maschinen kann sowohl HSS als auch Hartmetall geschliffen werden. Durch die vollautomatische hochpräzise Messung des Schleifscheibendurchmessers und des Werkstücks kann die QUINTO-Software in einem Zyklus auf Endmass schleifen und das im Mikrometerbereich.

Per la rettifica interna è possibile l'uso di un mandrino ad alta velocità supplementare, con numero di giri proporzionato al diametro da realizzare. Per rettifica a profilo si usa una mola profilata, normalmente realizzata in macchina. La precisione nella rettifica è nell'ambito dei micron, poichè in macchina è integrata la misurazione precisa si del pezzo che del diametro mola.
