The participation of one or more co-producers who are not established in such Parties is possible, provided that their total contribution does not exceed 30% of the total cost of the production. The co-produced work must also meet the definition of a European cinematographic work set forth in Appendix II to the Convention.

Pour bénéficier du régime de la Convention, toute coproduction doit associer au moins 3 coproducteurs établis dans 3 Parties différentes. La participation d'un ou plusieurs coproducteurs, non établis dans des Parties à la Convention, est autorisée sous réserve que leur apport total n'excède pas 30 % du coût total de la production. D'autre part, il faut qu'il s'agisse d'une oeuvre cinématographique réputée européenne, selon les critères fixés à l'Annexe II.

Um Anspruch auf die Vergünstigungen des Übereinkommens zu haben, müssen an jeder Produktion mindestens drei Gemeinschaftsproduzenten, die in drei verschiedenen Vertragsstaaten des Übereinkommens niedergelassen sind, beteiligt sein. Die Teilnahme eines oder mehrerer Gemeinschaftsproduzenten, die nicht in den Vertragsstaaten des Übereinkommens niedergelassen sind, ist nur erlaubt, wenn ihre Gesamtproduktionskosten 30 % nicht überschreiten. Außerdem muß es sich um einen europäischen Kinofilm im Sinne der in Anlage II festgelegten Kriterien handelt.

Per beneficiare del regime della Convenzione, le coproduzione devono associare almeno 3 coproduttori di tre diversi Stati parti. La partecipazione di uno o più coproduttori non residenti in una delle Parti della Convenzione, è autorizzata a patto che il loro contributo non ecceda il 30 % del costo totale della produzione. Si deve, poi, trattare di un’opera cinematografica che possa essere considerata europea secondo i criteri fissati nell’Allegato II.

Для получения статуса совместного производства кинематографическое произведение должно быть создано по крайней мере тремя сопродюсерами, зарегистрированными на территории трех различных Договаривающихся Сторон. Однако в этом случае их общий вклад не должен превышать 30% общих издержек. Для получения статуса совместного производства произведение должно также отвечать определению "европейское кинематографическое произведение", изложенному в Приложении II к Конвенции.
