Mantendo este espírito do ganadeiro reabilitou-se este magnífico espaço, que mantém e espalha o mundo taurino da zona e é um canto perfeito para o sossego, o reencontro e o descanso. Le projet Syseo a pour ambition la conception d’une chaine de processus collaboratifs qui permettra aux endoscopistes Hépato-Gastro-Entérologue de produire des images nouvelles et de les archiver facilement. L’ergonomie logicielle et l’exploitation de nouveaux dispositifs doivent prendre en compte ces contraintes temps réels afin de ne pas allonger la durée d’un examen d’une part, tout en augmentant la qualité des soins d’autre part. Cette préoccupation passe inéluctablement par la confrontation des images acquises durant l’examen avec les images antérieures du patient ou celles de ses examens radiologiques ou autres examens morphologiques. Si la production d’images toujours plus significatives est une condition importante en amont pour l’adhésion à de tels systèmes, le projet Syséo intervient également en aval afin de le rendre collaboratif. Ainsi, un praticien gastroentérologue doit pouvoir rapidement solliciter un confrère, proche ou éloigné, pour un avis complémentaire ou accéder efficacement à une banque d’images à visée diagnostique pour conforter une observation délicate. De même, un spécialiste doit pouvoir archiver ou soumettre une image rare dans un objectif pédagogique. A l’instar du marché des assistants personnels, une solution complète, ergonomique, hyper-communicante avec des points réels d’innovation doit permettre de pénétrer le segment captif et porteur de l’imagerie en gastro-entérologie, tant au national qu’à l’international. Les préconisations de la Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) en matière de suivi des patients conduisent cependant beaucoup de praticiens à réfléchir comment s’armer et tirer bénéfice d’outils qui peuvent pourtant engager leur responsabilité. Un pas que les radiologues ont franchi plus simplement de par la nature même de leurs examens. Une démarche à réaliser pour les endoscopistes gastroentérologues pour valoriser leur savoir-faire et tirer parti des projets d’urbanisation informatique de leur établissement de soin.
