Cela soutient les injustices infligées aux femmes de tous les âges, porter ses fruits dans l'exploitation de leur corps, et le gaspillage de leurs talents. Cela place une responsabilité historique sur ceux d'entre nous qui vivent et vivent bien. Nous contestons l'histoire tous les jours que nous le faisons. Nous devons être conscients de ce, sans succomber au sentiment potentiellement paralysant de culpabilité, traumatisme collectif, intériorisé misogynie, et l'humiliation. Le défi est plutôt de faire bien de toutes les occasions que nous avons à vivre gracieux, paisible, content, vie éthique et généreuse en communauté avec d'autres.

Überlegt euch das wirklich gut, ob ihr euch in Thailand auf so ein kleines Moped wagen wollt, das sag' ich euch. Statt die Songs also gemeinsam zu erarbeiten, hat unser Olli die Grundidee mit Gaga-Text meist bei sich aufgenommen und in die Dropbox geworfen. Zu Songs, die mir gefallen haben, habe ich dann einen Text geschrieben. Die sind diesmal im Schnitt deutlich düsterer geworden als auf den letzten Alben. So ist das halt - wenn alles gut ist, muss ich nicht darüber schreiben. Musik und Texte wurden dann so lange in einer iterativen Vorgehensweise (Scrum und Kanban lassen grüßen) verbessert, bis wir sie für gut befunden haben. Da unsere Aufnahmezeiten nicht von unseren Finanzen oder den gebuchten Studioterminen abhängig war, konnten wir alles in unserem Tempo machen. Das ist für uns sehr schön entspannt gewesen.

Experten erkannten das vorhandene Verbesserungspotenzial, wenn das Personal an den Hochschuleinrichtungen optimal verwaltet und genutzt werden soll. Es wurde ebenso betont, dass die Erhaltung einer hohen Motivation vom administrativen und technischen Personals das größte Hindernis in der Region zu sein scheint. In allen Sitzungen wurde die "zu hohe Sicherheit" der Beschäftigung von den Teilnehmern verdeutlicht. Es wurde auch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Pläne und Strategien, die in der Region entwickelt werden, oft nicht umgesetzt oder zumindest nicht überwacht werden.
